What would I do if I won the lottery?

Advertisements

Firstly, I will get in contact with a financial lawyer and set up a Family Trust! Then, I will have the Trust accept the lottery. From there I will take money from the trust!

The first this I would is pay off any debt my wife and I have! Then, I would completely pay off the rental property so we can finally make a profit off of that asset!

Then, I will ask both my parents if they have any debt. I will also ask my wife’s parents if there is any debt that needs to be paid off. I think both sides have done well enough to pay off their debts by now but I haven’t asked.

Then, I will open a high yielding savings account for my kids. This will be for their college fund or an adult life starter fund. Not every kid wants to go to college. They can easily go to trade school and master a trade and then open up their own business!

I will research some charities and homeless shelters around my area. Then, I will donate some money to help ease the burden! If possible, I will consider buying land. I can build small homes on the land for the homeless to live in.

For Christmas, we always watch Frosty the Snowman and the Charlie Brown Christmas special while we open up gifts!

If I could make my pet understand one thing, what would it be?

I would make my pet understand that we miss her!

We had to put our little girl down on Oct 2024. We still think about her from time to time. We were forced to put her down because she developed a tumor that was growing bigger and bigger. The vet here in Japan couldn’t figure out what was causing the tumor to continue to grow. The tests being run didn’t help find the problem either. We faced a hard decision. We had to either let her continue to live with pain or put her out of her misery. I stood there while they injected her with drugs. I watched as the life left the body of my first child. We loved this little girl for the past 11 years. Those years were filled with many joys and a few setbacks.

While I was standing there watching this process roll out, the emotions taking over my body, I couldn’t move. I just stood there and watch the life leave her eyes. The process was quick and easy. After the she had died, the Vet walked me out and performed a Japanese bow as a sigh of respect. I appreciated that so much!

THIS FIRM IS MY DREAM JOB?

I’ve been planning this firm since 2005! I was a sophomore in high school and I took my first Accounting course! After my first day, I fell in love with the concept of Accounting! I love the fact that no emotions play into the factor of getting the job done. Follow GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles) and take the accounting steps. Enter the correct numbers. The equation will be balanced. If you make a mistake, retrace your steps. Find the errors and fix them.

It took me awhile to reach this part in my life. I ALWAYS knew this was what GOD had planned for my life. I just needed to develop a plan and execute said plan to achieve my goals! Now that I’m here, I am going to continue to strengthen my knowledge in Accounting, Taxes, and Business. I want to continue to help people understand their finances!

What makes a good leader?

To be a good leader you need the following characteristics?

First, I believe that leaders are made, not born, and that leadership can be developed. Good leaders are molded through experience, continued study, intentional effort, and adaptation. A good leader inspires others through vision, integrity, and self-awareness. They also show empathy and the ability to adapt and communicate effectively. Great leaders build trust, empower others, take responsibility, and stay committed to a bigger purpose regardless of their job title. Leadership today is not about authority, but about impact and connection.
