My first name is Rashad but I go by RJ! The reason why I go by RJ is because I had a rebirth at the age of 30! It was time for me to forgive myself for the past. I needed to let go and move ahead! If was a fresh new start I needed in my mind and I have loved every second of it!

Rashad is a boy’s name of Arabic origin. This traditional Quranic name translates to “rightly guided.” It can also mean “to be on the right path,” or “true religion.” This makes it ideal for someone who wants to honor their religious roots. Rashad also inspires baby to make sound judgments throughout their life. It guides them on their own personal righteous path.

First, I believe that leaders are made, not born, and that leadership can be developed. Good leaders are molded through experience, continued study, intentional effort, and adaptation. A good leader inspires others through vision, integrity, and self-awareness. They also show empathy and the ability to adapt and communicate effectively. Great leaders build trust, empower others, take responsibility, and stay committed to a bigger purpose regardless of their job title. Leadership today is not about authority, but about impact and connection.

One of my favorite events was last year’s Father’s Day! My wife and kids bought me this baseball themed mug. It transforms into a can holder, a bottle holder, or a coffee or beverage holder! I LOVED this gift because it was exactly what I wanted and needed!

They also bought me two towels that stay cold longer in the sun! You place the towels in the freezer or a cooler full of ice. This way, the towels stay colder longer while in use! Both gifts were perfect. I play softball, and during the summer it can get hot being out in the sun all day long! That’s why this gift was a thoughtful loving gift!

In my current situation, I don’t have any clutter in my life! I’m what you consider a neat freak when it comes to by my business and my workstation! I have the need to know where everything is located.

In my personal life, my family and I live in an apartment complex. This is a huge difference from what we lived in back in Florida! When we were prepping our rental property before we moved to Japan, we rented a 20 ton dump truck. We filled it to the top!

I’ve been very cautious about holding on to many items. I started throwing away old toys near the kids’ birthdays and Christmas to prevent clutter. No, they haven’t noticed that their old toys are gone. If they do notice, I will tell them that the toys broke. We had to throw them away!

That would be the amazing Octopus! I absolutely love everything there is about this animal!

Octopuses, those whip-smart, bizarre cephalopods, embody everything creepy and mysterious about the sea. Their soft, squishy bodies lurk in the oceans’ dark reaches. They have inspired monsters from the sailor-eating Kraken of Nordic legend to the Caribbean sea demon Lusca.

My favorite fact about this animal is that it would camouflage to its surroundings during an attack. This strategy would fool its prey! Another cool fact is that it has survived on this planet for a very long time. It managed to stay alive during all of the magnifact events!

First and foremost, I use this website to communicate with people all over the world! I love how we can connect with people we wouldn’t have the chance of speaking to in real life! It really shows you how small the world really is!

Then, I also use FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, AND TWITTER NOW KNOW AS X! Each social media brings a different purpose.

Facebook is more for sharing information about your family and updates on the world!

Instagram is more for spreading information about the business and reading over business information!

X is more for entertainment purposes. Updates on sports and entertainment.

The most memorable road trip was the one I took with my family to North Carolina! My wife’s friend was getting married and we wanted to go celebrate with them!

We were excited because it was the Robinson’s first road as a family of 4. The boys were 2 and 5 mos. They handled the road pretty well. However, there was a period when the youngest cried for an hour straight. He was just tired after the long road trip!

We started from Pensacola, Florida and drove through Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee and finished off in North Carolina!

OVERALL, we had an amazing time and it was also a great memory we will never forget!

Here’s a crazy idea, how about you open up a business that provides mobile mechanic services!

The business will equip their employees with necessary tools. They will come to wherever you are and carry out routine car services!

When I was 5 years old, I remember receiving a baseball glove and baseball for my birthday! I remember I was so excited about this gift. I remember jumping up and down over and over again. My mom knew how much I love to watch baseball on TV!

This was by far my favorite gift growing up! I use almost every single day! I would take the glove and ball outside and throw it up against the wall and practice taking ground balls.

I would draw a big square on the wall to create a strike zone and practice on my pitching! I would create different game scenarios in my head an act them out! It was so much fun!

The gift essentially started my journey to playing and loving baseball! I started with Tee-Ball when I was 5. Then, I went to play almost every spring and summer. I continued all the way up until high school!

After becoming an adult, I still feel the same excitement playing baseball that I felt when I was younger. That’s why I join the Men’s slow-pitch softball league because it makes me feel young at heart again!

Now, I have two mission! One from GOD and one for myself!

The mission from GOD is to only save people who want to be saved! Not everyone is suppose to rise with you and those who don’t belong will never ever want to belong. Sometimes making the hard decisions of letting people go is worth the reward!

Everyone needs to ask themselves an important question. Are you ready to open your eyes? Are you ready to rise up to the next level?

Now, my personal mission is to create generational wealth for the Robinson Empire! I want future generations to have the ability to choose any route they prefer in life. They should not worry about how to pay for it. I’ve developed a plan and now working on executing said plan! As a parent, it’s your responsibility to set your kids’ future up. Make sure they have every chance to succeed in life! Remember, your kids didn’t ask to be born. You chose to bring them into the world. Now, it’s your job to make sure they succeed!
