My favorite form of physical exercise is strength training! Before covid, I use to wake up early and head to the gym to workout. I had a routine on which body part I would workout and how much reps I would do!
I kind of have the same routine now adays but I just lift free weights in the living room. I wake up around 0300 and get a great workout in Mon thru Fri! I love the combination of working out and drinking coffee to get my day started! Plus, I need all the help I can get to muster up the same energy levels the kids maintain throughout the morning!
