A Show with the Perfect Series Finale: “Breaking Bad”

When it comes to television shows that concluded with a perfect series finale, “Breaking Bad” is often at the top of the list. Created by Vince Gilligan, this critically acclaimed series ran from 2008 to 2013 and followed the transformation of Walter White, a high school chemistry teacher turned methamphetamine manufacturing drug kingpin.

The Perfect Ending

The series finale, titled “Felina,” aired on September 29, 2013, and is widely praised for its satisfying and well-executed conclusion to the story. Here’s why “Breaking Bad” is considered to have had the perfect series finale:

Character Resolution

“Breaking Bad” excelled in providing closure to its characters’ arcs. Walter White’s journey came full circle, with his actions leading to a fitting end. The finale saw Walt tying up loose ends, ensuring his family was financially secure, and confronting his former business partners. His final act of taking down the neo-Nazi gang that threatened Jesse Pinkman, his former student and partner, was both redemptive and tragic.

Emotional Impact

The finale was emotionally resonant, delivering powerful scenes that left a lasting impact on viewers. Walter’s confession to his wife, Skyler, acknowledging that his actions were for his own satisfaction rather than the family’s benefit, added depth to his character. Jesse’s escape was a moment of liberation, offering hope and a sense of justice for a character who had suffered immensely throughout the series.

Narrative Closure

“Breaking Bad” masterfully tied up its complex narrative threads. The meticulous planning and execution of Walt’s final plan showcased the intelligence and strategic thinking that had defined his character. The show avoided leaving any significant unanswered questions, providing viewers with a complete and coherent ending.

Visual and Thematic Consistency

The finale maintained the show’s signature visual style and thematic depth. The use of symbolism, such as the final shot of Walt in the meth lab, underscored the series’ exploration of power, morality, and identity. The episode’s pacing and tension were consistent with the high standards set by the show’s previous episodes.

Audience Satisfaction

Ultimately, the “Breaking Bad” series finale was satisfying for its audience. It delivered on the promises made throughout the series, respecting the intelligence of its viewers and honoring the complexity of its characters. Fans appreciated the way the show stayed true to its narrative and thematic elements until the very end.

“Breaking Bad” stands as a prime example of how a series can conclude in a manner that is both satisfying and memorable. Its finale provided closure, emotional depth, and a sense of fulfillment that few shows manage to achieve, cementing its status as a benchmark for what a perfect series finale can be.

Do I play in my daily life?

Advertisements

YES!!! My family and I love playing videos, playing with the kids toys, drawing, building legos sets, building race car tracks; then racing the cars on the track and numerous of other activities!

Since we live in the digital age, there are times where we like to relax on our tablets or phones and calm down from a busy day!

Don’t forget to schedule play time throughout your day or week. You don’t want to be that person that works themselves to an early grave. Go out and enjoy life and celebrate all of your victories!

What makes me feel nostalgic?

Feeling nostalgic is basically automatic when you experience things in your day-to-day life that remind you of the past in a good way—like seeing, smelling, and hearing stuff that takes you back. You might see college photos pop up on your Facebook Memories, smell a perfume your grandma used to wear, or hear a song that transports you to sweaty-but-quaint middle school dances. Those reminders might not be that specific though. Sometimes they just transport you to a general period of time you loved.

One of the things that makes me feel this way is stress. If I feel extremely stressed, the only thing I want to do is sit on the couch and watch a cartoon like “Hey Arnold” so I can go back to a time where I didn’t have any responsibilities!

I also feel this way when I’m planning something for the future. It could be something for my family or business! I get these Deja vu snippets of when I was a child planning my future.

I also feel this way when I’m watching my boys grow up. I think its because I know I am doing great job and my member wants to remind me how far we have come!

THIS FEELING MEANS YOU ARE ON THE RIGHT TRACK! KEEP UP THE HARDWORK AND DON’T QUIT!

What is good about having a pet?

My wife and I had rescued two dogs in Italy before we decided to have kids!

It helped us prepare for the ultimatum goal of raising kids! It helped us understand that we had to make sure the dogs were fed, bathed, and cared for!

It prepared us perfectly! We had both dogs until around 11 years. Both dogs had to be put down because of undisclosed illness.

As a dog owner, watching them be put down is one of the worst experience you will go through. It was very pain and emotional but it was the right decision because they were living in pain everyday!

Today is my 36th birthday!!!

Right now, its 0317 in Zushi, Japan! I’m the first person up in my family!

Woke up this morning and I showered! After getting out of the shower, I prep for the day and I said my daily prayers before kissing the cross on my chain and putting it on!

I’m so grateful for the life that I have and I’m so grateful that I have another year to live so I can reach my highest potential! I give thanks to GOD for allowing me to wake up to conquer another day!

What was your favorite subject in school?

My favorite subject in school was MATH!!!! Hence the reason why I’m an Accountant!

Ever since I can remember, I’ve always loved math. I love that the answer is proven and no one’s opinion matters about the problem. If the math is calculated correctly then the answer will come out!

Do I need time?

No!

One of my skill sets is time management! I have managed to plan out majority of my work in the business and parenting world. I also manage to plan for some free time each day so I have the ability to decompress!

I will continue to plan a schedule at least 2 weeks out so I know what to look forward to in the future. Obviously, with kids you will need to adjust to certain events that pop up but that’s what is to be expected!

When it comes to planning the business, its more straight forward because I create procedure that has worked for the past 5 years and I have to the ability to make adjustments as I see fit. But majority of the tasks are repetitive and I love that!

REMEMBER YOU HAVE FULL CONTROL OVER YOUR LIFE AND IT’S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE IT A GOOD ONE!

In 3 years, I will be entering into another level in the business world and that will bring joy and prosper! This new level will bring new opportunities and new relationships all the way that will bring wealth and excitement!
