What could I do less of?

I could smoking cigarettes a lot less! Hell I could even quit that negative habit. I’ve tried quitting a few times since I started smoking. The longest I was able to not smoke was only 6 months. The next time I try to quit, I need to have a positive mindset!

I smoked for 18 years. It took many many attempts to do it, and my God it was hard, but it was the best thing I’ve done. Haven’t smoked a single cigarette in nearly thirty years.

That’s fantastic and I will use this as motivation when it comes time for me to try to quit again!

Six months already proves you can do it — that strength hasn’t gone anywhere.
With a positive mindset, the next attempt won’t be about quitting, but choosing yourself.
I’ll be cheering you on, my friend — and I’d love to see you around on my blog too.
