I don’t have one! Our first home we bought in Florida turned into an investment property, so our main mindset leaving that place was getting it ready for the new tenants!
We recently moved to our new home in Maryland! The place is a townhome, so it’s smaller than our other property in Florida. The plan moving forward is to upgrade everything we can do on our own and then contract out the other improvements we aren’t licensed to perform! The plan is to either improve the townhome and sell it or turn it into another investment property to create another stream of income!
In regard to the decoration style, I’m going to leave that all up to my wonderful wife! We will go with any style she will like! I will be there to assist on anything she needs me to assist on! HAPPY WIFE HAPPY LIFE!!!!
