Growing up, I was always told that everyone deserves to be loved, respected and everyone deserves to be saved.

Once I got older and realized that this false narrative came from the European version of Christianity. They used this message to justify their ruthlessness throughout that timeframe.

The message that I got from GOD after my Spiritual Journey is that I’m not here to save everyone and everyone is not meant to be save! It doesn’t matter how you look on the outside, if you’re living your life on a high frequency then, you are meant to be saved! If you are a poorly behave human, an asshole, if you hate one of GOD’s creations, or if you are living your life on low frequency, then you are not meant to be saved! Change your life and become a better human and you may be able to be saved!

YOU ARE IN CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE! MAKE SURE TO MAKE IT A GREAT ONE!

Myself and my needs!

As a Husband, as a Father, as a Business owner and as a Natural Leader! My day is spent taking care of other people and their needs! Everyday I’m making sure my wife and kids are happy! Then, I’m analyzing my clients financial books making sure there isn’t any errors or mistakes I may have over looked.

In the first few years, I would work myself until I was burnt out and I would need a few days to recharge back to my normal self. The more experience I gain with being an ALL-IN-ONE MAN, the more I learned what to change, what to tweak, and what to let go in order for me to remain the best version of myself!

I need to focus on not feeling guilty when I actually have time to myself to do absolutely nothing. I always feel like there is something more I could be doing! So, I’m currently trying to learn that I’m doing enough and I need to understand that my free time is my free time and I deserve it!

Tomorrow is Friday! The last day of the week for school and work! The plan is to make sure I start my day off on a positive note! Make sure I have a huge smile on my face and I want to make sure my family feels the positivity coming from me!

In what ways does hard work make me feel fulfilled?

Hard work makes me feel complete! Makes me feel like I accomplished something! It doesn’t matter what the goal or task was, once I completed it, I felt a sense of joy!

Now, once you add a little bit of hard work to any task, not only will you complete the goal or task quicker, but you will also gain a sense of pride because you know you tried your hardest, you may have pushed yourself to the brink of exhaustion to get the goal or task completed!

Building something from a school project, a thesis, a house, a garden, or even a business empire. The main ingredient to accomplishing these milestones is hard work! Try to rearrange your brain to being addicted to the emotion you feel once you notice the hard work, I promise you that you will stride for that emotion everyone single day because it becomes a high you will want to chase the rest of your life!

Being mentally stable is the biggest advantage you can have during these current times! It seems like people nowadays are so easily controllable because they have no idea who they really are! When you have no sense of self worth or self acknowledgement, you will always latch onto something or someone to feel seen or heard! These are the type of people that are in cults, gangs, politically party’s, and religions.

Preform these tricks to help you take back your life!

  1. Try adjusting to waking up early!
    • I know some people have an issue with being a morning person but waking up early and getting a workout in will help you start your day off on a positive note!

2. Tidy up your bedroom!

Stop living in filth and clean your room. Your room should be clean everyday, your bed needs to be made everyday! Stop living like a filthy savage and take control of your life!

3. Eat more fruits and vegetables!

Just like our parents and doctors told us when we were growing, its very important for us to eat healthy! Taking control over our lives means taking control of our health as well!

4. Drink a cup of herbal!

Drinking a relaxing a tea could help you control your emotions during a time of stressfulness or any other event!

5. Try waking up before 0600!

Yes, for some people 0600 is to early to be up! But it’s the best time to be up because you can get majority of your to-do list done first thing in the morning and then you will have the rest of your day to do other activities!

How often do I walk or run?

I walk every single day! I’m walking to the car to take my kids to school, or I’m walking to the car to go run some errands. My living situation currently is in a tower and the parking lot is across the street. So everyday I go somewhere, I walk across the street to get to the car and I walk across the street to get home.

Then, during the spring, summer, and fall seasons I play in a men’s softball league. Its fun and competitive and its a way to keep me moving as I get older. But during the games I do a lot of running and moving!

I also chase my kids around at the park after school and the weekends!
